The hotel is luxurious, beds are super, bathroom is spacious. I must comment on its central location - it was absolutely perfect. This is a venue go-to for Richmond!

Property was incredibly beautiful and nice, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The location was excellent and incredibly comfortable, not far from the mountains, a store called' Denny's and restaurants, high end or pub fair. A 24-hour restaurant for breakfast was an advantage.

Fantastic team with a very impatient manner. The hotel's position was great and absolutely perfect, so close to the casino, the Columbia tower and affordable restaurant.

This location was great and perfect, adjacent to downtown and elsewhere as well as the water slides. The room was exceptionally nice and had private bathroom plus coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator.  

The room was exceptionally nice and individual with it's own balcony, a storage space and soundproof windows.

The location was marvellous and perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was great and clean. I was offered a room with awesome views of the mountains and the ocean. Central location was a plus. I usually went to A&w Restaurant to grab a bite. 

Very nice facilities in general, particularly good location near the airport.

The property was gorgeous with extremely great and courteous staff upon check-out, I greatly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were both brand-new, quiet, complete with a much bigger TV and a king bed, as example.

We ate at a great restaurant for an LATE room service dinner. The bathroom was nice, with a bathtub. Its excellent, central location was a plus. Found a place called Eggspectation, set short walk from the hotel, ate there a few times.
